It wasn't until after I had my children that I discovered "energy". After attending a meditation group, I quickly learned how much my changing energy was physically and emotionally affecting my life (all the while blaming it on the fact that I had a young family at home!). Learning the art of energy healing, Reiki, allowed me to gain an understanding and control of my own energy and sparked an undeniable passion to help others heal and be more present and in connected in their own lives.
In May of 2018, I took another healing modality course called B.E.A.M therapy. The "Bioenergetic Emotional Access Method" developed by Dr J.K. Beattie, MD, (BEAM™ Therapy) is a simple yet powerful, safe, relatively gentle, effective and efficient method of releasing past unprocessed emotions along with associated toxins.
I am currently a Holy Fire III Karuna & Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Psychic Medium and BEAM Therapist. I am registered through the Canadian Reiki Association and an Affiliate Member of the Reiki Membership Association. My practice is located in the heart of Whitby, Ontario but have recently expanded through the on-line world and am healing and teaching all over the world.
I have also expanded my practice to include a healing and intuitive Mentoring / Coaching Program called “Awaken Your Power”, in March of 2021.
