“I had my first meeting with Kristen in March 2020. I had never been to a Reiki Treatment, but was curious and open-minded as a coworker told me about her fantastic / wonderful experience when she saw Kristen. I was absolutely blown away with the treatment! I went in, a little nervous/unsure what to expect. I am not a fan of massage/being touched usually but Kristen had a warm, kind nature and explained everything to make me feel comfortable and give me a bit of insight before the treatment started. I felt the treatment was more beneficial to me in the moment I was there, and afterwards than anything I have had before. Very healing & grounding experience.
