This week we are Astral Travelling.
To Astral Travel is to be able to leave the physical body and explore and consciously connect with the etheric world (the energetic world), otherwise known as an out of body experience. After the discussion, you will be guided through a 30-35min meditation. During the meditation I will send out Holy Fire III Reiki energy to the entire group for healing. You will then be guided to receive a psychic gift from your guides, specifically for you. There will be time after the meditation for questions and answers.
