This week we are healing the Shadow Self.
Our Shadow Self is the part of us that we dislike, are afraid of, fear or are trying to hide from the world. But, we need to learn to embrace this part of us, so we can love ourselves wholly, and unconditionally. unconditionally. After the discussion, you will be guided through a 30-35min meditation. During the meditation I will send out Holy Fire III Reiki energy to the entire group for healing. You will then be guided to receive a psychic gift from your guides, specifically for you. There will be time after the meditation for questions and answers.
