This week we are exposing our Shadow Self.
Our Shadow Self is that part of us that we don't like and try to keep hidden from both others, and ourselves. But it is a part of us, and a part of our journey, and needs to be loved and acknowledged as such. Exploring your Shadow Self brings clarity, peace and freedom. After our discussion, you will be guided through a 30-35min meditation. During the meditation I will send out Holy Fire III Reiki energy to the entire group for healing. You will then be guided to receive a psychic gift from your guides, specifically for you. There will be time after the meditation for questions and answers.
